1. Extension of permits for Hong Kong and Macao private cars, official vehicles, and self-owned goods transport factory vehicles entering and exiting the Mainland; and for Mainland official vehicles entering and exiting Hong Kong and Macao, and Hong Kong commercial vehicles entering and exiting the Mainland.

- Notification of Approval for the Movement of Motor Vehicles and Drivers between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao (Mainland Host Organisation Copy)
- For private motor vehicles entering and exiting the Mainland with approval contingent upon property purchase in Zhuhai, submit the Certificate of Real Estate Ownership.
- Applications for the extension of self-owned and self-operated factory vehicles must be approved by the local foreign trade and economic management department, which shall issue an official letter of consent.
2. Extension of driving permits for registered specialised transport vehicles travelling between Hong Kong, Macao and the Mainland.

- For extensions of professional freight vehicles, a receipt for the indicator usage fee issued by the Provincial Department of Finance shall be provided.
3. When applying for an extension via the IC card self-service kiosk at the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Management Bureau, Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, applicants must provide the receipt printed by the IC card self-service kiosk.
4. When applying for extension services via the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Management Bureau's administrative service portal (www.gdgajj.gov.cn) and opting for two-way courier service, applicants must provide the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Motor Vehicle and Driver Travel Permit" (Mainland Host Unit Copy) for submission by postal EMS personnel to the Vehicle Management Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Management Bureau. Those not opting for the two-way express delivery service must provide the acceptance receipt printed from the Government Services Portal.
