Written application for a business name
- Notification of Approval for the Movement of Motor Vehicles and Drivers between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao (Mainland Host Organisation Copy).
- For business names registered as Hong Kong companies, submit the Chinese version of the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Where the company is a Hong Kong limited company, the Certificate of Incorporation from the Companies Registry of Hong Kong must also be provided. For business names registered as Macau companies, submit the Chinese version of the Certificate issued by the Commercial and Movable Property Registry of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government. For foreign companies, submit the company's overseas Certificate of Incorporation along with a Chinese translation certified by a provincial notary public. For individuals, submit personal identification documents. Hong Kong and Macau residents must also submit their Hong Kong and Macau Residents' Travel Permit to the Mainland (Home Visit Permit). Taiwan residents must submit their Taiwan Residents' Travel Permit to the Mainland (Taiwan Compatriot Permit). Foreign nationals must submit their Passport along with a Chinese translation certified by a provincial notary public.
- New vehicles must provide either the Vehicle Registration Document issued by the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government or the Certificate of Ownership Registration/Motor Vehicle issued by the Commercial and Movable Property Registry of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government. The name of the Hong Kong (or Macao) private car owner must match the name of the investment business. Where the owner's name differs from the investment business name: - For Hong Kong limited companies, submit the Annual Return from the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government; - For Hong Kong unlimited companies, submit the Business Registration Application for Individuals Operating a Business in Hong Kong from the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government; For Macao companies, the Certificate from the Commercial and Movable Property Registry of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government must be submitted; for foreign companies, a solicitor's certification and its Chinese translation must be submitted when applying for Hong Kong (Macao) private motor vehicle permits for Mainland travel. The aforementioned documents must demonstrate an affiliation between the vehicle owner and the investment entity (parent-subsidiary relationship, shareholder or director status).

- Four colour photographs measuring 88mm × 60mm, taken from a 45-degree angle to the front left of the vehicle.
- Application for Cross-boundary Motor Vehicle and Driver in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
- When replacing a private vehicle under the Macau-Mainland private car quota scheme, customs documentation proving the old vehicle's exit from the territory must be provided.

- The Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate for the new vehicle shall bear the owner's registered name, which must correspond to the business name.
- Four colour photographs measuring 88mm × 60mm, taken from a 45-degree angle to the front left of the vehicle.
- For business vehicles travelling abroad, provide the Business Licence; for official vehicles travelling abroad, provide the Organisation Code Certificate.
