3. When applying for an extension at the IC card self-service kiosk of the Vehicle Management Office under the Traffic Management Bureau of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, applicants must provide the acceptance receipt printed by the IC card self-service kiosk.
4. When applying for extension services via the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Management Bureau's e-government service portal (www.gdgajj.gov.cn) and selecting two-way express delivery service, applicants must provide the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Motor Vehicle Travel and Driver Driving Approval Notice" (Mainland Handling Unit Copy) for submission by postal EMS personnel to the Vehicle Management Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Management Bureau.If you do not select the two-way express delivery service, you must provide the acceptance receipt printed from the government service website.
